Privacy Policy
How saakshe handles your account, the project you connect, and what its faculties learn. We keep it short and concrete — saakshe is built so your sources are granted, never taken.

Only what the company needs to run your project.
- Your account. Email, name, and avatar, received through Supabase authentication when you sign in with Google.
- The sources you explicitly connect. A repository or site you grant us today (socials and docs are on the roadmap) — fetched and processed read-only to ground the agents. We read to ground; we don't write to your sources.
- The facts manas extracts. The cited facts and versioned Context Packs that manas builds from your connected sources.
- Your chat with the witness. The messages you exchange with saakshe in text and voice, so it can answer from your live telemetry.
- Your usage & credit ledger. Which actions ran, when, and the credits they spent or refunded.
To run the company on your connected project — nothing else.
- To run the agentic company on your project. The faculties ground, decide, make, and engage against the project you connected — that's the entire purpose of the data.
- AI processing on Google Cloud. The service runs on Google Cloud (Cloud Run). Routine seats run on Gemini; high-stakes seats run Claude via Vertex AI. Google Cloud and Supabase act as our processors. Your content is processed to produce your outputs.
- Authentication & storage via Supabase (Postgres). Sign-in sessions and your data are stored in a Supabase Postgres database with row-level access controls.
- We do not sell your data. And we do not train public or shared models on it. Your corpus is used to serve you, not the market.
- Granted, never taken. Your connected sources are read-only. saakshe holds no keys that move money or post on your behalf — you bring your own.
You can see it, and you can have it deleted.
Storage & retention
Your account, Context Packs, chat history, and credit ledger are stored in Supabase (Postgres) for as long as your account is active, so the company can keep working from what it has learned. saakshe is currently a gated demo, and demo content may be reset as the service develops. When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise this data within a reasonable window, except where we must retain limited records to meet a legal obligation.
Cookies & session
We use a Supabase auth session cookie/token to keep you signed in. It is essential to the service — without it you can't stay authenticated. We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data deletion on request
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time. Email us and we'll disconnect your sources, purge your Context Packs and chat history, and confirm when it's done.
